1. Doorstep Repair Service Scope

Quick Service Expert provides professional, multi-brand doorstep repair, installation, preventive maintenance, and AMC services for Water Purifiers, Solar Water Heaters, Industrial RO Plants, Water Softeners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, TVs, and Home Care needs across Karnataka.

2. Transparent Upfront Pricing & Inspection Fees

• A nominal doorstep inspection charge applies when a technician visits your home to diagnose the appliance.
• Before undertaking any repair or replacing spare parts, our technician will provide an upfront cost estimate. Work proceeds only after customer consent.
• Inspection charges are waived off or adjusted against total repair charges upon service confirmation.
• Payment is due only after doorstep repair is completed to your satisfaction.

3. 90-Day Free Service Warranty Policy

All spare parts replaced and labor executed by Quick Service Expert technicians come with a 90-Day Limited Warranty starting from the service invoice date:

• Coverage: Covers defects in replaced OEM spare parts and workmanship related to the specific repair.
• Exclusions: Warranty is void if the appliance is damaged by severe voltage fluctuation, physical accident, water ingress into electronics, or tampered with by an unauthorized third-party mechanic.

4. 100% Original OEM Spare Parts

We source and install factory-original spare parts (e.g. Kent, Aquaguard, Pureit, Havells, Supreme Solar, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Voltas) to ensure peak performance and long appliance lifespan.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
